General Manager and Partner New York - USA Steven Morrell joined Teknoinvest AS in February 2001. Prior to joining Teknoinvest, he was the Managing Director for 2 years of a Teknoinvest portfolio company, Aquasmart International AS (after a merger now called AKVAsmart ASA). Mr. Morrell has held numerous positions over the previous fourteen years including Managing Director for Merck & Co., Inc.’s subsidiary in Russia, Central Asia and Caucasia; General Director of Veropharm Co., Ltd (Russia); President of Hafslund Nycomed Pharma AG (Austria) and management consultant in McKinsey & Co., Inc. (Scandinavia). Mr. Morrell also served in the U.S. Air Force as an officer and an F-15 fighter pilot (Japan). He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AKVA Group ASA (Norway), Marical, Inc. (USA) and Cidra Corporation (USA) as well as a member of the Board of Directors of QuNano AB (Sweden), Glo AB (Sweden), Sol Voltaic AB (Sweden) and Isolagen, Inc. (AMEX: ILE). Mr. Morrell is fluent in English, Norwegian and German as well as conversational in Russian, and holds an MBA (with Honors) from IMD, Switzerland and a B.Sc. degree with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Aerospace Studies from Brigham Young University, USA. He resides in New York. |

Partner Oslo - Norway Steinar J. Engelsen joined Teknoinvest AS in 1996. Prior to joining Teknoinvest, Dr. Engelsen was Senior Vice President R&D, Nycomed Pharma, with responsibility for research, pre-clinical and clinical development and medical affairs. The main R&D units were located in Austria, Denmark, Germany and Norway. He was Research Associate at the Department of Chemistry, and at the University Hospital at the University of Oslo after concluding his internship in medicine. Dr. Engelsen currently serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Capnia Inc. (USA) and Affitech AS (Norway). Dr. Engelsen is fluent in Norwegian, English and German. He is certified European Financial Analyst (AFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration ("Handelshøyskolen"), and holds an M.Sc. in Nuclear Chemistry in addition to being an accredited M.D. (both from the University of Oslo). |

Chief Financial Officer Oslo – Norway Rune Dybesland joined Teknoinvest in June 2010. When he joined Teknoinvest he was the Managing Director of Applied Plasma Physics AS. Mr. Dybesland was the CFO of the Venturos Group & Venturos Venture from 2000 to 2009. During his tenure at the Venturos Group, Mr. Dybesland served as a member of the Board of several venture capital funds, including Teknoinvest V and Teknoinvest VI and several Scandinavian start-up companies. Prior to his employment at Venturos, Mr. Dybesland held several positions with the investment company Mosvold Farsund from 1990-2000. Mr. Dybesland is fluent in Norwegian and English and speaks German. He has a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Norges Handelshøyskole. |

Senior Advisor, Oslo - Norway Mr. Bjorå has worked for 20 years in venture capital as Managing Director of Teknoinvest AS since co-founding the company in 1984. From 1985 to 1989 he was also the Managing Director of Tandberg AS, which was the predecessor of the current Tandberg and Tandberg Television companies, which have been significant successes before, as well as after, leaving the Teknoinvest portfolio. Prior to starting Teknoinvest, Mr. Bjorå worked for 6 years as a management consultant with Asbjørn Habberstad AS (currently AT Kearney) and for 12 years in various positions with the ship equipment company Norcontrol, the last 2 years as General Manager. Mr Bjorå co-founded The Norwegian Venture Capital Association in 2001 and served on its Board of Directors until 2007, in the period 2004-2006 as the Chairman. He also served in the period 2004 - 2006 as a Member of the Board of The European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (EVCA). He has served on the Board of Directors of a number of American and Nordic start-up companies. Currently he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of OCAS AS and Syntune AB. Mr. Bjorå is fluent in Norwegian, English and conversational in German. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Control Engineering ("sivilingeniør") from The Norwegian Institute of Technology ("NTH", currently "NTNU"). |

Senior Advisor, Oslo - Norway Tore Mengshoel joined Teknoinvest AS in 1997. Prior to joining Teknoinvest, Mr. Mengshoel was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co., assisting the top management of major Scandinavian companies on strategic and organizational issues, including strategy development, organizational restructuring and R&D strategy. Mr. Mengshoel currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Mitrionics AB (Sweden) and Nanoradio AB (Sweden). Mr. Mengshoel is fluent in Norwegian, English, conversational in French and German, and speaks basic Japanese. He has a M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering ("sivilingeniør") from the Norwegian Institute of Technology ("sivilingeniør") and an MBA from INSEAD in France. |

Senior Advisor Oslo - Norway Andreas Mollatt joined Teknoinvest AS in 1998. Prior to joining Teknoinvest, he held various positions in Nycomed (currently Amersham) within R&D Strategy, Strategic Planning and Development, and served as Sales Director and Managing Director of the Medical Equipment Division. Mr. Mollatt worked for one year in Germany as a trainee with Thyssen Industrie AG. He currently serves as Chariman of the Board of Directors of SantoSolve AS (Norway), as well as Member of the Board of Directors of Vensafe AS (Norway) and BoneSupport AB (Sweden). Mr. Mollatt is fluent in Norwegian, English and speaks German. He has an M.Sc. degree in Economics and Business Administration ("siviløkonom") from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration("Handelshøyskolen"). |

Office Manager Oslo - Norway Lise Berg-Andreassen joined Teknoinvest AS in 2004. Prior to joining Teknoinvest she worked in various companies as an office administration manager. Ms. Berg-Andreassen is fluent in Norwegian and English and has some knowledge of French and German. She holds a Foundation in Business Administration from BI Norwegian School of Management. |
